Acceptance and warranty policies.
When receiving the luminaries, please make sure to check their condition. In case the product has suffered damage from transportation and/or the delivery does not correspond to your order (e.g. wrong items or amounts have been delivered), then the flaws have to be fixated during the presence of the courier before accepting the delivery. In addition the Diotech e-shop customer service (e-mail: email@example.com; phone: +372 540 05 650) has to be informed ASAP. Later complaints regarding the defects and/or non-compliance to your order will not be accepted.
Warranty period and detailed warranty conditions are specified for each product.
If you are unsatisfied with the item received then you can send it back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. The product has to be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
